Could you share the information of the max current peak of the device body diode? Thanks!

Just want to know if the reverse current exists, what is the acceptable max peak

    Hi Qiang,

    The body diodes are not designed to carry continuous current. Small continuous current in order of few mA is allowed (overall power dissipation should remain in mW). For a transient current spike of <10us, the body diode can handle current up to few Amps.
