Could you share the part number for the power path controller?

Do you plan on using the TPS25730 NFET Gate drivers?

When unused, VSYS should be tied to GND.

Hi Aya,

Thank you for your answers. We use an LTC4418. This activates the power path when the USB voltage reaches 9 volts.

In that case, the TPS25730 GATE_VBUS and GATE_VSYS pins can be left floating when unused.
