I have a question about the LM27313.
What is the FET On voltage?
Some formulas use the term Vsw, but what is the standard value?

Hi Ishiwata,

FET on voltage equals current through FET x FET on resistance.

Thank you for your answer.
If the load current is around 30mA, is it correct to understand that the FET's on voltage is 0.5Ω x 30mA = 0.015V?
