Could you please help clarify why the calculation tool fails the SOA when using the EVM's MOSFET specifications?
If your calculation results can pass, please send me your results.
My design is below
Vin=40~50V Io=50A Cload=330uF
MOSFET= SM1A14NHLD*2 (Back to Back) *4 The number is the same as EVM.
Another question is what sequence of INP and INP_G?
No MCU to control, and need a delay between INP and INP_G? thanks
