We used TUSB1064 in a docking product. User connect to the docking to laptop with a USB-C cable, we are having a cable compatibility problem currently.
We don't want to limit the cable user can use. But when we test with some cable, we found USB can't work normally, we guess it is a USB SI issue, and we change the USB EQ in TUSB1064, it works. The USB device start working normally with these "problematic" cables. But different cable cause different signal attenuation, how can we set a suitable EQ to cover different cable ?
