I have implemented your review comments and attached the Link Please review and let me know the changes
The review comments are : 1.add 10Ohm resistors between VOSNS to Vout and GOSNS to PGnd (It has been done at the source that is not reflected in the attached link).
2.PMBUS Address resistor of U2 needs to be change to 1.78kOHM by referring the table 6-4 in datasheet(It is updated with 1.74k)
3. voltage rating of Cout 100uF is 10V and 330uF is 4V.
