LM2940QML: 300mm patterned wafer

Unfortunately, there is no 300mm capability for LM2940 device currently.

ok thank you. My requirement is not specific to this device. Any device with 300mm wafer would work. Do you have any recommendation?

May I ask what is the purpose getting the 300mm wafers?
