LP2951: Higher current LDO with similar temperature stability

Do you have any other LDOs with similar temperature stability as LP2951 (i.e. see Figure 5-10 in data sheet) but higher output current? Thanks!

Hello!

Would you able to clarify what type of temperature stability you are referring to?

Are you looking for better voltage output accuracy across temperature or a LDO with better Theta_J?

Hi, thanks for your reply. I'm looking for an LDO that can do more output current than the LP2951 but has similar voltage output accuracy across temperature as the LP2951.

Hello,

Alright here are a couple options that you can consider based on what you are looking for.

TPS7A25: +/- 1% voltage output accuracy across temperature @ 300mA with lower Vin(max)

TPS709: +/- 2% voltage output accuracy across temperature @ 150mA with same Vin(max) as LP2651.

I'm not sure if you are using the input voltage range or only concerned with accuracy and Iout but thought I can present these to you.
