TPS65135: VPOS output voltage tolerance

Thank you for your feedback. That means the customer can take 60mV max drop in his use case. Considering to the 5.9V min spec, we have 40mV margin.

Do we understand 1% tolerance comes from the worst case condition i.e. temerature, transistor parameter variation ?

One additional question. 

The customer should set VPOS=6V of the VOUT specification max, Should he set VPOS=6V in max consideraing 1% tolerance and feedback resistors tolerance or VPOS=6V setting in typical ?

Considering to VPOS=6V with 1% tolerance and feedback resistor tolerance, he must set VPOS<5.94V typ, reaching to 6V in case +1% (60mV) and resistor ratio higher, in order to keep VOUT specificatiobn.

If we recommend to set VPOS=6V typ withouty considering 1% tolerance and feeedback resistor tolerance, can we gurantee all of the specification in the datasheet ?

Thank you for your feedback though, I summarized the customer requestion is as shown below.

Should we recommend VPOS voltage either

- recommend VPOS < 5.94V by considering not to eceed 6V max with +1% VPOS tolerance.

or 

- recommend VPOS = 6V typ without considering +1% tolerance, Even though VPOS=6.06V (+1% VPOS target) can be expected to exceed 6V VPOS max. we can guarantee the performance.
