TPS61094: [WITHDRAWN] When true shutdown active VOUT stays at ~800mV if load low

When activating true shutdown mode (EN=0, MODE=1) the voltage rail stays at around ~800mV unless it is actively discharged. Is this expected behaviour?

[Withdrawing query] Rechecked this using a TPS61094EVM board and couldn't replicate, must be current leakage somewhere on the circuit under test.
