TLV62585: Max leakage current of EN pin

Part Number: TLV62585
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS628513, TPS628503

Tool/software:

HI ,

Below is our schematics

The VOUT will be 3.8V and C320 we will keep NM.

We have to fine tune the RC circuit on the EN pin to adjust the power sequence.

For that we want below info

"What is the Max leakage current of EN pin, when EN pin is at 4.6V

  • Hello Deljo,

thanks for reaching out in E2E.

The maximum expectable leakage current at the EN pin is ca. 0.1 μA. But this is for reference only and not a tested parameter.

Please be aware that the EN leakage and also the EN thresholds may vary a bit from device to device. So if your application really depends on fine tuned EN sequence, then I would recommend to chose a device with the so called Precise Enable feature, where the EN threshold is optimized for accuracy. Such a device would be for example the TPS628503 or the TPS628513.

    Best regards,

    Andreas.
