Hello,
We have Built 40Amps single phase PCB's which have 4 IC(TPS546D24S) in each PCB, After Configurations while power conversion without load output of some of the ICs were showing around 6.5V.
We have Checked the feedback Resistance between vosns and Vout, and Gosns and GND i.e 49.9 ohm.
We have Checked voltage across capacitor between vosns and gosns i.e same as output voltage 6.5V
And also checked the Output at SW pin of IC , below is the images of the SW pin output
Above image referring the output voltage of 6.5v where the set voltage was 0.55V (SW_OUTPUT AT 6.5V)
