UCC27524A: Vin=20V

About UCC27524
1) Regarding shipment inspection, are all items in the data sheet electrical characteristics (VIN=12 V) inspected?

2) Are inspections conducted at VIN=20V?

I am concerned about the dispersion of propagation delay time. Can I assume that it is about the same as Vin=12.5 V?

If inspections are conducted at Vin=20 V, is there any data that can be used as a reference, such as within ± ns?

I would like to know it as a reference value.

Best Regards,

Ryusuke

  • Hi Ryusuke,

Unless otherwise noted, the electrical characteristics are tested using VDD=12V.

You can find graphs of the propagation delay (both turn-on and -off) compared to VDD in the datasheet (shown below). There is a very, very small difference in the propagation delay between 12V and 12.5V.

    Thanks,

    Annabelle
