Sorry for late reply! Just get back from National Holiday. 

The L,C value selection is based on the desired inductor current ripple and the output LED current ripple. 

As described in section 8.2 in the datasheet.

I interpreted the section "8.2.3.1 Design Requirements" as follows.

I applied it to my circuit and calculated it as shown in the figure below.

I am struggling with capacitor capacity calculations. Please provide me with appropriate values with specific numbers.

The purpose of this circuit is for lighting in close-up photography, and low ripple is desired.

Suggest smaller inductance like 10uH,  to keep inductor current ripple >300mA. .
