LM74680: Use LM74680 to replace the full bridge of wireless power receiver

I want to use LM74680 to replace the full bridge for wireless power receiver, but the frequency for my wireless power is 200Khz,

and i see the max frequency for LM74680 is 1KHZ, why its frequency is so low? any other good ideas to replace the bridge.
