TPS92200: Is it feasible to use it as a 15-ohm heater (5W, 12V)?

Do you mean use a 1--ohm heater instead of LED as the output load? What kind of heater it is? Is it a resistor?

What type of heater is it? A resistor.

Do you need to adjust the output current? Yes.
Target = 1A. Vin = 12V to 18.25V. Vout = 12V.
