LM5066I: How do balance current path if MOSFET on top and bottom for layout

Hi TI experts,

Because our board has room limit and use 9 pcs MOSFETs to be placed on top and bottom for 3200W, Could you please suggest how to do balance current path on top and bottom for layout to avoid temperature unbalance.

We use two Rshunts that is 12W , Should we place one Rshunt on top, another on bottom? Thank.

    Yes, this would help in sharing the current flowing through the top and bottom layers.

    There is no specific way to balance the current. Please place the MOSFETs as close as possible to each other to minimize the differential path impedance.
