Dear TI Support Team,

We recently purchased the TPS25763-Q1 EVM board and successfully downloaded the associated GUI tool. However, when attempting to access the firmware package for TPS25772-Q1-DESIGN, our secure resource request was denied.

We kindly request your assistance in enabling access to the firmware package for TPS25772-Q1-DESIGN.

Please advise on the necessary steps to resolve this issue.
