Dear Texas Instruments Support Team,

I am currently using the EN6347QA (4A integrated power module) in my project design. I am looking for a Texas Instruments equivalent part with similar electrical characteristics and performance, preferably in a QFN package.

Could you please suggest a TI part that matches or closely aligns with the EN6347QA specifications (input voltage range 2.5 V–6.6 V, output current up to 4 A, etc.)?
Ideally, the replacement should require minimal or no schematic/layout changes if possible.

I'm adding my design for your reference .

    thanks for reaching out in E2E.

    The TPSM82810 is indeed a very similar device, which comes closest as an alternative.

    If you don't need the adjustable soft start feature and a fix 1ms output ramp time are OK, then the TPSM82864A would be also an option in a QFN package.
