I have tried several time to get the full datasheet for the TPS53832A PMIC for DDR5 server DIMMS and have had not luck getting it. My company is developing a Intel Core Ultra motherboard and are using memory down. The solution is four Micron LPDDR5x MT62F4G32D8DV-023 AIT:C chips. We need a PMIC to power them. If the TPS53832A is not the correct solution we are open to suggestions. Can someone provide me with the documents or guidance?

When you say you tried to get the datasheet do you mean you went through the request link on the product page and ran into a technical issue? Can you elaborate on that?

I followed the Link under "Request more information" that has this link https://www.ti.com/drr/opn/TPS5383X-DESIGN.

The page was https://www.ti.com/product/TPS53832A.

The result was the following message "Access denied"

Hi Brian,

To access this documentation, you will need an NDA between your company and TI first.

Also, this is a DDR5 PMIC which is not used for LPDDR5 applications.

We may have as part from a different team that would work but I'm not fully aware of the other catalog options.

Hi Brian,

The TPS53832A is a DDR5 PMIC intended for server DIMM applications and would not be suitable for LPDDR5 memory-down solutions.

For LPDDR5 systems like yours (Micron MT62F4G32D8DV), the required voltage rails (typically 1.1 V, 0.6 V, 1.8 V, etc.) can be generated using our multi-output buck converters from the Mid-Vin Buck (MVB) portfolio.

A few options you may consider are:

TPS62872 – 2 A, 2.4–5.5 V input, low-noise synchronous buck.

TPS62868 – 4 A, 2.4–5.5 V input, excellent transient response for VDDQ/VDD2 rails.

TPS62877 – dual-output, 1.8–5.5 V input, suitable for generating both 1.1 V and 0.6 V rails.

These devices are widely used in LPDDR4/LPDDR5 memory subsystems for SoCs and AI edge devices.
