At present, an abnormal output voltage (-0.005V) of an IC chip was found. After replacing the IC, the output (4.25V) was normal. After cross-verification, it was confirmed that the abnormal output of the IC chip was the cause. Then, the pin performance between the abnormal IC was measured. Confirm that the internal circuit connectivity of the chip is normal (the following data). The voltage output failure cannot be identified as the root cause.
