Hi, I am currently working on an LLC circuit with 210W output.

I saw that in the TI website you have a MATLAB code for switching losses calculation, I am trying to run it with no success.

Is it possible to get your help with the switching energy graphs of each of those GaNFET's in Vds of 200V, Tcase = 100°C.

Switching energy [Esw(J) - Eon & Eoff] vs Drain-Source Current graph.
Switching energy [Esw(J) - Eon & Eoff] vs External gate resistance graph.

Hi Pratik,

The only problem is that I can not calculate the switching losses for the GaNFET, and I don't have MATLAB to run the program you sent me.

What other details is needed for you to give me more information?

Hi Hen,

Apologies for the delay in getting back. Unfortunately, we don't have those value table as it was our first gen device and very old device. The best way would be to buy and EVM from ti.com and do the test or use the existing datasheet parameters to estimate the switching losses for the application.
