Hi Team

looking for a high side load switch for my power source 3.3V- 17V,  TPS27SA08-Q1 looks great with UVLO of 3V.

However, I did not find Vbb minimum working voltage specified in datasheet though it did said "recommended working voltage 8V-36V".  Please help.

    Hi Tony,

    This device (TPS27SA08/TPS27SA08-Q1) can support 3V VBB operation. Please see the recommended operating table of TPS1HA08-Q1, a very similar high side switch. Below 8V, the device will still operate as expected but some specs such as rise/fall times may be outside the data sheet spec.
