TPS22995H-Q1: Misbehaving of power switch when EN pin is low

Part Number: TPS22995H-Q1

Tool/software:

Hi Team,

We are using TPS22995HQDDCRQ1 in our project, we provided 3.3V as input the switch , As indicated in datasheet when EN pin is driven high from microcontroller, power switch output is high(+3.3V), but when EN pin is driven low, output of the switch is still having 2.2V.

We further added pulldown for EN pin, but still power switch output is 1.4V to 1.6V, Switch is not turning off properly even though the enable pin is shorted with ground directly, snip of schematic is attached below for your reference.

Could you please have a look on above query and suggest us why it is behaving like this?

Best Regards,

Tejas
