TPS63020: No load current of TPS63020QDSJTQ1

Hello Support,

We use 2 TPS63020QDSJTQ1 for 3v3 and 5v power. Our no load current is 15mA@5V for 2 TPS63020QDSJTQ1. Is it normal or something wrong with our design? Please advise. Thanks in advance

Sorry I'm a little confused.

Could your help provide a simple drawing to show the Vin Vout and where the 15mA is flow into for each of the TPS63020?

Hello Lei,

We have 2 tps63020 and when we remove one of them current reduces to 8 mA. We removed inductors(L1 and L2) but still we have 15 mA.

Hi Ibrahim,

Where the 15mA is measured? Is it flow into the VIN pin?

I don't think there will 15mA Iin when there is no load. So further check is needed.
