Hello,
We have a product uses TPS38B752933DSKR for reset control, the pin 1 - VDD is 13.8V.
I find the pin 6 - "CTR1/MR_N" hasn't external pull-high circuit.
I would like to know, does this pin 6 have an internal pull-high?

Hi JH,
The CTR/ MR pin of this device does not have a pull up resistor and it should not be connected to a pull up resistor or VDD. To utilize the MR functionality, the only valid inputs are GND and High-Z, or a capacitor connected to ground and the pin if configuring the reset delay is needed.

Hi JH,
The pin has a capacitor charging circuit, this is also why it is not recommended to have an external pull-up or direct connect the pin to VDD.
