    There is no current flowing through R160 so this won't work. You need to make sure that all currents in/out of the battery flow through the sense resistor. R160 just sits between SRN and PACK+. SRN is a very high impedance sensing input so there is basically zero current flowing through this resistor. This must be changed to something similar to R167 where the return current flows from the GND symbol to PACK-
