For LM3880-Q1, please share the logic levels VIH and VIL for enable pin and FLAG out pins VOH. For FLAG out pins VOL is provided as 0.4V in datasheet.

It was listed in the data sheet:

1. For the EN, the min EN threshold is 1.0V. so everything below 1.0V is not considered HI

2. the FLAG is a open-drain output, the VOL is max at 0.4V. for the VOH it is up to the external pull-up source
