Part Number: TPS2400
Hello team,
My customer is looking for a overvoltage, undervoltage, reverse protection component. They were looking into the TPS2400 but that does not suffice in terms.
Do we have a component with the following specs?
- OV threshold (rising) = 5.54 ... 5.71V
- UV lockout: 2.95 ... 3.05V
- Turn-off delay: max 4 micro sec.
and another component with:
- OV threshold (rising) = 3.56 ... 3.67V
- UV lockout: 1.96 ... 2.02V
- Turn-off delay: max 4 micro sec.
