TPS631010: Quiescent current consumption when providing low current to load

Assume nominal 3V supplied to the TPS631010YBGR and output set to 3.3V and configured for PFM operation. Assume 511K/91K for the FB divider.

What is the total current draw from the 3V supply when providing 0.1mA to the load and 1mA to the load?

The datasheet states quiescent is 6.1uA max with NO switching. But in this case it will be switching, so what is the current into Vin going to be? This will enable us to determine battery standby time.
