You can test bode plot on TLV61047. But usually it's unnecessary because TLV61047 is a simple device and easy to use.
Below is 3.3V to 12V, load is 40Ohm, temperature is -40C. For your reference.

Attached are the circuit diagram and the measured waveform. For this setup (Vin = 5V, Vout = 24V, Iout = 0.125A), the gain margin (GM) is required to be less than -10 dB. However, our actual measurement indicates the following:

Please remove the C5. And use a pure resistor to act as load, don't use e-load.
