TLV61047: Simulating TLV61047 Efficiency at 0.15A Output

I’m currently unable to accurately simulate the efficiency and would like to kindly request your assistance. Could you please help estimate the theoretical efficiency of the TLV61047 under the following operating conditions?

Input voltage: 5V
Output voltage: 12V
Output current: 0.15A

Hi,

The efficiency in your condition is 90.95%, you can also find this result in datasheet Figure 6-1.

Here are the efficiency results from my measurements. Could you please help me confirm if they are correct? Thank you!

Hi,

I have to say your test result looks not reasonable. Please measure Vin, Vout by multimeter on the input/output ceramic cap, and also measure input current by multimeter.

Don't read them on the power supply and e-load.

And could you share your schematic for me to review?
