Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS543421
Dear Sirs and Madams,
We are working on a design with a 3.3V output voltage using the TPSM82903.
We understand that if the output voltage is 3.3V, the operating frequency must be 2.5MHz.

One period of 2.5MHz is 400ns.
Ton(min) is specified as 50ns, but Toff(min) is not specified in the datasheet.
The input voltage listed in the datasheet for the 3.3V output voltage case is 6V.

Is it possible for this module to generate an output voltage of 3.3V from an input voltage of 5V?
When the condition are VIN=5V, VOUT=3.3V, Fsw=2.5MHz,
One priod=400ns and Duty cycle=66%.
Ton=264ns is much larger than 50ns, so I don't think there's a problem.
Toff=136ns is not stated in the datasheet, so it is impossible to determine.
If the TPSM82903 cannot be used under these conditions, what other modules/converters would you recommend?
Is it recommended to use TPS543421?
Regards,
Masashi
