LP876242Q1EVM: Cannot connect EVM to the PC

Hi,

I received LP876242Q1EVM and am trying to use Scalable PMICs GUI.
But I cannot connect the board to the PC so far.
I can find the port ACCtrl but cannot chose it on the GUI.
The driver of VCP seems to be missing.
I'm using Windows11 PC and Scalale PMICs GUI ver 4.0.0.

Please give an assistance for this.

    Hello,

    Try to use latest version of the GUI 5.0.0. 

    And Check the Jumper settings on the EVM as instructed by the user guide. 

    Also try to change and connect with different PC. Sometimes USB ports doesn't work. 

    Also did you try downloading the GUI on PC locally, if not then try that as well.

    Thank you for your prompt reply.
    Unfortunately GUI 5.0 doesn't work ,too.
    I will try the another PC tomorrow.
    Meanwhile can you let me know the download link to the GUI on PC local?

    If you go to the following link and search for the 5.0.0 version in the PMIC group.  There is download but at the bottom left corner.

    Thank you for your support.
    I checked the another PCs ,jubper setting and GUI on PC local. But unfortunately still the board wasn't recognized by the GUI.
    Regarding jumper, I didn't change anything from default setting except VCCA-3.3V.  Shoud I change somewhere?

    Hi Ishtiaque,

    I checked the one you suggested but nothing has been changed.
    I also confirmed chrome doesn't work.

    But finally I succeeded in to use the GUI by using my private computer and home network.
    Kinda security setting of the company computer or intranet may prevent to use the software.
    Actually it's trouble though, I give up to exprore the root cause to move to the next step quickly.
    Now I'm facing many errors on GPIO regardless all are dafault setting when start GUI,
    I'll open the another topic related them if I cannot resolved. 

    Anyway I'd like to close this case. Thank you for your continued support.
