I found CSD96415RWJ is the most similar.

Hi,

We do not have P2P Smart Power Stage with this package. For device with similar function but different package, you can consider CSD95410.

Hi,

Main difference between these devices is the footprint / pinout. CSD95410 uses a 5x6mm footprint, while SCP302045MNTWG footprint is 5x5mm.
