We use the TPS5430DDAR for the DC/DC design, the input is +15V and output is -15V, now, we order the new TPS5430DDAR which the silk screen is include the TI logo and PIN#1 point but remove the Pin#1 line, and the output voltage rising edge has the voltage overshoot, please refer to below schematic diagram and waveform and check if there are any design modification between the new silk screen and old silk screen, thanks.

I see, we use the same prat# but only the new silk screen part# have the voltage overshoot, voltage overshootso we consider if there are any device internal design modifications( the PCN only share the silk screen information but no internal design modifications), please refer to below top marking and check, thanks.

They could be below two different process nodes, so there might be minor difference in the SW node ringing. However, as mentioned earlier probing tend to exaggerate the ringing so we must use shortest loop probing if accurate ringing measurement is desired. Check the Minimizing Switching Ringing at TPS53355 and TPS53353 Family Devices (Rev. A) for more detail.
