LM25143-Q1: LM25143-Q1 Buck power-up sequence when it used as primary power block

Part Number: LM25143-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM25143

Hello TI team,

I'm using an LM25143-Q1 chip as the primary DC-DC power supply output at 3.3V. When testing the power-on sequence, I noticed a 1.6V drop in the LM25143-Q1 output before it reaches 3.3V. Please refer to the below screenshot:

I suspect this drop is caused by the capacitors on the SS1/SS2 pins. Could you please help me confirm the cause of this drop?

Our design aims to avoid this drop. Does the LM25143-Q1 support this design? How should I configure the LM25143-Q1 to achieve this functionality?

Thanks,

Xiangling
