Hello,
The output may not be switching due to the input waveform signal being 3.3V. The datasheet states that the max positive-going input threshold is 0.7*VCC1, which in this case would be 3.5V. So try increasing it to 5V and let me know if that works. If it does not, please attach a new waveform with the CLAMP pin disconnected and a differential voltage probe on the input signal referenced to GND1.
