Dear TI support,
we're trying to run through some testing and then the first learning cycle of the BQ40z50-R2 but the FD flag is set and cannot be cleared. This means that XCHG and XDSG are set, which prevents us from running through the learning cycle. We've changed the set and reset thresholds of the FD flag to 0 and 1 respectively, for both voltage and RSOC , but the flag doesn't reset.
For now, all protections have been disabled, and permanent fails cleared.
Any idea what could be wrong?
