UCC21750: Maximum isolation working voltage of UCC21750

My design required 2.5KV dc working isolation. I would like to use gate driver IC (UCC21750). The issue is that its not meeting the requirement of isolation. Could you please suggest me any SIC MOSFET driver ICs which can meet the isolation of working voltage for 2.5kV? Otherwise please suggest me any other solutions?

Hi Engineer,

You could take a look at ISO5852S. It has a 2.8kV DC working isolation rating and has similar protective features with UCC21750.

Is 2828VDC Maximum isolation working voltage of ISO5852S is right according to datasheet? Please confirm it.

Because ISO5852s-Q1 has different Maximum isolation working voltage is 2121VDC ? Moreover both have different clearance and creepage according to datasheet however both has same DW package?
