TPS7B86-Q1: Ground current and Quiescent current for TPS7B8650QDDARQ1

We are designing new controller. We are looking for the TPS7B8650QDDARQ1 (5Vdc LDO; fixed voltage) part for low power mode. We would like to calculate the quiescent and ground currents at 1mA load over temperature from -40C to 125C. The quiescent current is less than 25uA at input voltage from 5Vdc to 40Vdc. The ground current is changing as per load current. Our load current is 1mA over temperature in low power mode. What is ground current and quiescent current at 1mA load and over temperature (in worst case scenario)? Do we need to consider the ground current and quiescent current at 1mA?

The LDO should support the normal operation (450mA) and standby mode (1mA). We cannot disable the LDO during standby mode. The 1mA load requires standby mode. We need to calculate the quiescent current and ground current at 1mA load during standby mode.

Generally, the LDO is turned off during normal operation. It is active in standby mode (1 mA) and during wake-up operation (450 mA). The buck-boost power supply remains active during normal operation. The LDO is controlled (ON/OFF) by the MCU. It should support both standby mode (1 mA) and wake-up operation (450 mA).
