Hi,
I want to design an LLC resonant converter with a half-bridge rectifier, with a maximum output voltage of 105V and a maximum output power of 12kW. The Drain-Source voltage of the switches in the half-bridge rectifier is 210V. However, the maximum voltage level of the UCC24624 Vds sense pin is 230V which is very close 210V .
1- Do you have a suggested solution for this?
2- Can I use the UCC24624 by using an additional driver for high-side switches in the full-bridge rectifier? UCC24624 will drive the additional driver by sensing the Drain-Source voltage of low side switches. Is there any problem here?
