Hi!

I need an LED driver to drive the backlight of an LCD panel.

Will LM3410XMY be a suitable part for my requirements?

I have attached the data sheet of the display: Updated RK070CU45H-T.pdf

    What is the input supply and what is the min and max for that supply?

     It looks like that backlight voltage is 9V @ ~  360mA.  This is a boost converter so your input voltage need to be below that.  This seems like a viable option.
