    Hi Younghyun, 

    The devices are functionally identical. However, the UCC2813 has more 'relaxed' electrical characteristic specifications. 

    For example, some specs in the electrical characteristics table have a wider tolerance, such as startup current shown below:

    Because of this difference, the UCC2813 devices are slightly cheaper. 

    You can make the decision on UCC2813 or UCC2804 after determining if the device specs meet your application's requirements.
