Dear Team,
The customer has concern about possibility of floating on PCB mount on LM5163QDDARQ1 .
Does it have any floating risk on PCB mount due to stencil thickness of solder paste on lower thermal pad?
Especially, In case of lower gap variation between mold bottom and lead bottom the below red circle.
In addition, The customer set stencil thickness = 1.2mm.
