BQ75614-Q1: How to crossover busbar for BQ75614

Let me get back to you tomorrow. I want to talk with my team and see if anyone else has dealt with this issue. I will mention in the mean time that the BQ79616-Q1 does have a set of busbar pins that supports an abs max of -80 to 80V.

now changing IC is too difficult  to us.    so  if we use BQ75614 ,  Do you have any sugestions ?

Hi Wenfeng, 

You can possibly use an external schottky diode on the pin side of the device between CB6 and CB7 to reduce the current flowing through the internal ESD diode on the CB pins. I believe with the addition of the diode, you should be able to leave on the RC filter for the Cell7/CB7.

Apologies for the delay in response. Where are the CB Caps for the CB pins? Essentially, we want to keep the RC filter for the CB pins even with the busbar, and just add the diode as close to the pins as possible after the CB caps. For the diode, let me double check that the part number that you gave is adequate for what we're wanting to use it for. Otherwise, the idea is correct in how the diode would be implemented.
