The PSPICE model for all DC-DC converter in this series ie., from TPS62230 till TPS62235 unencrypted PSPICE model is available in TI website. But at the same time only encrypted models are available for TPS62236 & TPS62237 part number. Please find the below link for your reference.

If intellectual property is the issue, then TI should not provide the unencrypted PSPICE models for other DC-DC converter in this series.

Actually, the simulation tool ANSYS require only unencrypted PSPICE model for simulation.

I am sorry for the inconveniences. As its been a while and i wasn't aware about the fact that we have provided unencrypted PSpice models for other devices you mentioned. In that case, i checked with team and got to know that yes we can provide the unencrypted model here. Please find the attached zip file containing the library of that model.
