I am developing an high power converter based on the PMP22951 ref.design and I would like some clarifications on the schematic.
I am concerned about some references from the DSP board pins that do not seem to connect to any other circuits. LEG1_FLT, LEG2_FLT, FAN_FB, AD_IBUS, PRI_FAULT_SEC, SEC_SCI_RXD, SEC_SCI_TXD, DAC_OUT, FAN_CTRL and may be I am missing a couple.
Am I missing something? Are these things actually connected or unused? Is the schematic incomplete?
And, on that matter, it seem that the reference design ignores the FAULT output from the LMG3522 while the 3522 data sheet insists on checking those. Cut corner in the reference design or can we safely ignore the fault output?
