    Do you have the packaging with the LOT trace code available for this unit?
    This would be required to track down manufacturing site, date codes, etc.

    Regarding the warranty of this device, can you give more details about the problem with this unit?
    Do you expect a quality issue with this device?
    If it is just a general questions, there should be general information on quality, reliability and warranty within the product page.
