Dear Team,
I want to know about is there any alternate part available for the following conditions.
I have 2 major Condition.
1, It has to be AEC Qualified.
2, It has to be part with -55°C to 125°C Temp support
The above mentioned condition either 1 or 2 is enough. It is not must to follow both. it should be either AEC or the mentioned temp support.
Now comes the parameter requirement.
My input voltage is 12V.
Planing output voltage is 0.85V
Current requirement is 70A to 80A (2x stackable is also fine)
